The Brookhollow Business Park Board of Directors is pleased to announce 2010 association dues have been decreased by 8%! The reduction is in part due to a law suit settlement for delinquent dues not paid in 2009 and 2010 and also due to cost efficient management on operating expenses.
If you are a member in good standing:
Look for your refund check for 2009 as well as 2010 (January-May)
Look for your updated statement reflecting the reduced fees starting June 2010
