Brookhollow Office Park is going Green. As part of the 5-year strategic plan, Brookhollow will begin phasing in recycle bins at designated enclosures as shown on the map below. Recycling bins will not only allow us to join millions of other business’ who are making the same green transition, but will also create savings of $900 a month from reduced trash costs (albeit with your cooperation). It is very important that tenants and owners use the recycle bins. Non-trash items thrown in the trash bins will have to be seperately picked up at additional expense to the association. Management will be monitoring both trash bins and recycle bins and will cite those in violation of the new rules; tenants in violation of the policy will be charged the additional fees.
As with all things Brookhollow, success is dependent on a group effort.
