If you’re fond of flora, don’t miss your chance to view the Agave in bloom. This once in a decade event is the pinnacle of the beautiful plant’s life cycle. The flowering stalk appears rising tall from the base to lofty heights as the Agave, determined to reproduce, exhausts it’s energy in a flowering both magnificent and terminal. The blossom can last up to three months from the stalk’s emergence but view soon because once gone, the entire plant will follow. The two plants are located near the pond where 1516 and 1518 Brookhollow buildings meet. We are grateful to these lovely Agave plants for the awe inspiring natural display they have granted Brookhollow.
